Maps can be created both from a dashboard or a whiteboard, so let's dive in and explore each one to see the results.

A drop-down menu will appear, offering three different methods to create a new map.

Option A: Start from Scratch

This allows to start with a blank canvas and create your own map without generating a map at this point.

  1. Select "Start from Scratch" from the drop-down menu.

  2. A blank map (a whiteboard) will open.

  3. You can now add your own concepts, search within AI suggestions, and create your map as you are used to.

Option B: Generate Map from Prompt

This option offers automatic generation of a map based on your own prompt (instructions).

  1. Select "Generate Map from Prompt" from the drop-down menu. (pic. 1)

  2. A dialog window will open for you to enter your instructions (prompt) (pic. 2).

  3. Describe what the map should be about.

Additionally, in the top-right menu of the dialog window, you can choose from different types of templates (optional):

Generate map based on described purpose and topic:

  • Mind Map (A visual representation of hierarchical information that starts with a central idea or topic. From this central idea, branches are created to subtopics and related concepts, typically radiating outward.)

  • Concept Map (A visual representation of relationships between different concepts. It consists of nodes (representing concepts) and connecting lines (representing the relationships between them). Unlike mind maps, concept maps do not have a strict hierarchical structure. They are more flexible and can illustrate complex interconnections and cross-links between various concepts, often including propositions or descriptive phrases on the connecting lines to clarify the nature of the relationships.)

Generate content structure based on desctiption:

  • Content topics map

  • Focus keywords map

  • Article outline

  • Website structure
