You can select maps in the list while holding CTRL (on Windows) or the Command key ⌘ (on Mac OS), then CTRL/⌘+C, switch to the desired workspace and folder and CTRL/⌘+V. This will copy the maps and you can then delete them in the original location in a similar way.
